Fantastic recipe... Everyone who tried it loves it.. and promptly passed out on the couch :) I changed it a little, added a few slices more bacon, only used 5oz of blue cheese (too much of this ruins the taste of the chicken) and added some parmesean cheese to fuse the tastes. Also, i quickly breaded the chicken, and then after taking the chicken out of the oven i sprinkled some blue cheese over the top to give it some color. But those are personal changes... I loved this though, it's going to be in my rotation from now on. Healthy, tastes good, and is so tasty it should cause some sort of terminal disease.
