This was a pretty good pizza! Next time I think I might make it more of a mexican chicken pizza by adding corn and black beans. It was a nice change from a tomato sauce pizza though. Definitely worth a try!

Added two cloves of garlic to the avocado mix as well as 2tblsp olive oil. Also added a layer of fresh basil between the tomato & cheese layer. Used white Italian cheese blend rather than Monterey Jack. This was absolutely delicious. Boyfriend was grabbing bites between records while making a mix. Probably got oil on some records, but he said for this pizza it was worth it.

I think that this pizza is good. It seems to be missing something. Of course you can add heat (crushed red pepper or more cayenne) to give it a kick but that is not the missing ingredient. Maybe change it to a more flavorful cheese. I definitely think this recipe is workable.

I really liked this pizza, however, my husband and I thought it would have been better served as an appetizer rather than a main dish because the avocado taste was very overwhelming after a piece or two. Next time I don't think I'll spread the avocado mixture "thickly" as the recipe suggests because for me, it was too much. I did add some bacon and roasted red peppers as another reviewer suggested.

Veganized this recipe by swapping in Morningstar soy chicken strips for the chicken, and shredding a block of vegan Monterey Jack soy cheese. Also subbed in a teaspoon of dried cilantro for the fresh. Turned out wonderfully, and would easily have them again. Pretty easy prep, and quick as well. Maybe a touch too much lime as directed, but still very good.

This was incredible! I didn't have cayenne pepper so I used some paprika and red pepper flakes, which gave it a nice kick.

This was very good! My boyfriend LOVED it! I used a pre-made crust in a tube and cooked it on the grill. Yum! I skipped the food processor (don't have one) and just mashed everything with a fork. My boyfriend loves garlic, so we didn't mind the bigger pieces. Also, I skipped the rubbing garlic on the crust step and just used a garlic infused olive oil. Can't wait to make it again!

This turned out fantastic! We had left overs and they were fantastic the next day too! Did not make any changes this time around, however next time I think I will add some fresh sliced onions on top. Again, absolutely wonderful.

I like it, but not loved it, may have to do with the fact that I'm not that fond of avocado, but it still seemed like it lacked something......might play with it nxt time

Excellent change from traditional pizza. I was rushed so I used prepared chicken from the grocery store. I found the avocado spread extremely tasty. The cilantro is a must so don't omit.

Made this recipe just as described, and like another reviewer I thought it a bit bland. I think its a great starting point though and the avocado mixture is what I'll start tinkering with first. Maybe adding some diced red onion or jalapeno to give the overall pizza a little more flavor.

I didn't think this had much flavor. Needs more garlic, lime, and cilantro IMO. I probably won't make it again, but I am glad I tried it!
