This was truly an amazing dish.I did however make a few modifications. The beauty with this recipe is it's very adaptable. I did not add lemon zest to my sauce, and I used meyer lemons because it's what I had and it was fabulous. I used half the amount of tarragon because I only had a little bit left, half the amount of pepper, and I used not one, but 2 slices of havarti cheese for each roll-up. I baked as directed, then broiled a few minutes.It was THE BEST chicken I've made in awhile, and I am an avid cook.
