This recipe is perfect if you are looking for a not "too sweet" cookiel They are rather Puffy - I cut them as gingerbread men and ended up with Dough Boys. As for the dough - make it and chill it, then roll i, cut it t and chill it. Then into the oven. The timing on this recipe is off - you really need to chill the dough before rolling it out. Next time I would roll it a little thinner. All in all, I was pleased with this recipe.

This recipe was very yummy- I made them when it was really cold outside and they hit the spot. A few things I changed- I substituted molasses for the corn syrup, played around with the spices and substituted about half the white flour with whole wheat. Dense, chewy, spicy, delicious!
