This is a great recipe! I made it today, actually I made a double batch today and the entire household devoured them! Thank you so much for sharing. (I'm not sure what the other people are complaining about unless they can't follow directions.)

These cookies have really good flavor but they were like cake. Very light, fluffy and airy. Different people said they were chewy in their reviews and that was what I wanted so I decided to make this recipe. Unfortunately I wasted time, ingredients and money and I will be looking for another recipe.

These cookies are excellent tasting. The recipe has a slight mistake in the directions. When it says to mix together the dry ingredients the flour is omitted. I figured that was a mistake and added the flour with the dry ingredients. It worked out perfectly. I also added some pumpkin pie spice and some allspice for a little more flavor. The cookies came out chewy and delish! I recommend this easy and tasty recipe.
