5 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Drop 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. With a spatula dipped in water, immediately remove to wire racks to cool.

I really liked these. When I was placing the dough on the cookie sheets, I made sure I really pressed the mixture into my spoon so the cookies might not fall apart as much previous reviewer stated. It worked, the macaroons were great.

Did not care for this recipe. The cookies just fell apart when I was trying to immediately transfer them from the cookie sheet to the wire rack for cooling, just as the directions stated to do.
