Just finished making these and they came out great! My 3 kids loved them and they don't like coconut. I only had sweetened coconut flakes and they still came out good. I followed the recipe exactly but added a few chocolate chips to some of the batter. I will definitely make again. The only complaint is that it didn't make enough ;-)

I have made these 3 or 4 times, and every time they get rave reviews! Everyone in my office is crazy about them! I usually make a double batch, and I think that I am going to have to start making triple batches!

These cookies are so AMAZING. Everyone I know loves them! I always add a lot of coconut and chocolate or white chocolate chips to the dough. These are easy to make and are always a perfect gift around the holidays, or just because.

These cookies were excellant, after making them 3 times I finally figured out that I shouldn't be microwaving the butter to soften it prior to making these because they turn out flat, but nevertheless they were still delicious.

All I have to say is that these cookies are AWESOME!!! I added 3/4 cup of chopped pecans. And I used 3/4 cup of brown sugar and only 1/4 of white sugar. I used sweetned flaked coconut because that was all I had and did not find that the cookies were too sweet. My cookies stayed in the oven for about 15 minutes. The first batch I only left in for 13 minutes and found them to still be a bit too soft. Next time I make them I'm going to add butterscotch chips! YUMM!!!!
