I have made this recipe a couple of times. The first time they turned out AMAZING! Love the combo of chocolate and ginger and the chewiness of the cookie. The 2nd time the flavour was good but not as chewy (was baking at a friends and maybe her oven is different than mine.) Definitely you need to try!
