This is my grandmother's old recipe for a delicious turkey roasted in lemon, orange, and tangerine juice, and stuffed with meat, roasted chestnuts, and pine nuts. An excellent recipe for everybody who loves Greek cuisine.

This is my grandmother's old-fashioned bread stuffing recipe. It may be cooked as directed, or inside the turkey. It's enough to stuff a very large bird.

The flavor of this basic bread stuffing is boosted by the addition of several cups of chopped celery. This recipe yields enough dressing to stuff a 10-15 pound turkey. Bake the dressing that doesn't fit in the cavity of the turkey in a buttered baking dish. Try putting the stuffing under the skin of the breast. It makes the turkey very moist!

This is a great stuffing recipe that is very easy and fun for the whole family. My mom used to include my sisters and I in the breaking of the bread. It has become a great family tradition. Stuffing not used in the bird may be cooked with the gizzards. For variety, mix in a pound of sausage or raisins when cooking the onions and celery.
