This was a delicious alternative way to serve acorn squash. The dried cherries added a new layer of flavor and a bit of a tart kick which I loved. Great combination, the entire family loved the recipe. Will make again, thanks!

Where to begin? First, I liked the fruit & sauce. Liked, not loved. I didn't care for the squash at all. I do like squash, just not this way. My husband hated the fruit & sauce & liked, not loved the squash. He gave me his fruit & I gave him my sguash. I will not make this again & my husband is thrilled.
