Deliciously creamy homemade ice cream is combined with chocolate chunks and maraschino cherries. Though not an exact replica of an ice cream flavor that you may have seen in the store, this frozen dessert is sinfully rich!

This recipe is a favorite at family get-togethers...everyone, from my 80-year-old grandmother to my 2-year-old daughter, enjoys it. I usually mix and chill the ingredients early in the day, then later everyone gets in on cranking the ice cream!

Cherry Cobbler II

Melted butter is topped with a sweet biscuit dough and lots of cherry pie filling. This tasty cobbler is then popped into the oven and baked in a 9x13-inch pan until golden brown. This cobbler will serve twelve.
