This is a great loaf cake. I would not call it a bread. I made four mini loafs, and I omitted the green food coloring. I prefer it unglazed. I also did not sprinkle with cinnamon sugar because I did not want it to burn.

Family loves this bread. For the topping I use 1-1/2 tbsp sugar combined with 1/2 tbsp cinnamon.

One of my all time favorites. Makes nice Christmas gifts. The red and green loaves are so pretty. I use 2T cherry juice instead of water. That was my change to the recipe. Not necessary though.

I thought this was good but it is really more of a cake than a quick bread but the color of the loaves was very pretty. I made three 8x5 loaves. It stirred together quickly and easily.
