Original Recipe Yield 1 (9-inch) pie
 

Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 (6 ounce) prepared graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling, chilled
  • Whipped topping (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in EAGLE BRAND® and lemon juice.
  2. Pour into crust; bake 8 minutes. Cool. Chill 3 hours or overnight.
  3. Prior to serving, top with pie filling. Garnish with whipped topping (optional). Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
