Just ok. A little too dry and lacking in taste. They got a little better once they sat for a day.

OMG ~ These are just fabulous! I love them, and they look perfect for Valentines!!! I did not make the glaze, followed the recipe exactly other than adding 2 teaspoons of Almond extract (you just have to pair cherries with almond!!). I made 16 regular sized muffins and baked for 21 minutes. PERFECTO!!!

These are very tasty! My husband loved them! I did use 1/3 cup of oil for added moisture. I also added extract just because I love it! I will be making these again!

These. were. totally. AWESOME!!!! OMG so good! How anyone would want a sweeter muffin with such super sweet glaze drizzle should be eating a cupcake! These were the BEST muffins ever and my daughter and I ate about 3 each AFTER dinner and dessert cause we made them late. HIGHLY recommend! 5 HUGE stars!!! Oh and yes the ratio of confectioners sugar to cherry juice is off...I did about 4 Tbs.

I followed the recipe to the letter, omitting the nuts. It made 12 Texas sized muffins. I thought they tasted excellent. My only critique is on the glaze. 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of cherry juice did not make a thin glaze. I would reserve all the juice and keep adding a little at a time until you have a glaze you want.

I decided to make these because I had an almost full jar of cherries taking up space. I didn't use the nuts, didn't have any in the house or the glaze but I did like them. I thought they were a little dry so next time I might increase oil to 1/3 cup and see how that works.

I thought these turned out pretty good - even though I forgot the baking powder, haha. The flavor was good though, if you could get over the hockey puck thing, and I'll definitely try them again :)

I'd give these between a 3 & 4. The muffins were a little dry & tasteless, even tho I added almond extract to the batter. I got 12 regular size muffins out of this.
