This is a good recipe. I wasn't for sure about using candied cherries, I too used dried cherries. I also buttered the foil. It turned out really good. Next time I will try the candied cherries if I can find them. This recipe is also good if you use dried cranberries in it instead of the cherries. Just an idea...

This was great, except that the "chocolate" that it called for was a little sweet, and I used dried cherries instead of candied cherries. Glad I did otherwise it would have been way too sweet. Will make again, but maybe with white chocolate chips instead.
