Ingredients

  • 1 pound white confectioners coating,* broken into pieces
  • 3/4 cup chopped candied cherries
  • 1/2 cup unblanched whole almonds

Directions

  1. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt coating, stirring until smooth. Add cherries and almonds; mix well. Spread onto a foil-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm. Break into pieces.
