garlic, finely minced
1 (8 ounce) loaf
French bread baguette, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, divided
freshly ground black pepper
Delicious croutons. A little kick of heat, with my BIG pinch of cayenne. Only changes were-pol and garlic infused less than 3 hours, but added yummy garlic juices from my jar of minced garlic. Also skipped last step of adding the additional 1/4 cup parm. Lastly jacked the heat up to 325 for the last 15 min.
What an easy & delicious recipe. I followed just as the recipe stated. I thought they were very very good. Mine may have been a little overdone (my oven is just hot) so I may reduce cooking time by 10 minutes or so. Will make again...definitely.
