I have made a variation of this soup three times so far; the first time I used one can cream of chicken soup and one can cream of celery; I added minced dried onion, and I used 1 can of evaporated milk instead of regular milk. This was because these were things I had on hand at the time. It turned out great! The second time I used two cans cream of chicken soup and frozen mixed vegetables instead of California blend with the dried minced onion and evaporated milk. Once again, it was great! The last time, I doubled the recipe I had used the first time except for the canned soup...I used two cans cream of chicken and one can cream of celery. Still delicious!

This recipe is great! The soup is easy and fast to make, tastes great, and everyone in the family loves it. I often will substitute Cream of Chicken or Cream of Celery soup for one or both of the Cream of Mushroom soups. Yummm...
