My friends and family enjoyed the recipe. I did not care for it but that is just personal taste.

These are very good but I had a heck of a time cutting them and/or making them look nice. I wound up cutting them somewhat think so they wouldnt crumble.

I have used this recipe over 20 times, and I'll never get tired of it! These are a great alternative to potato chips, and fit in nicely to my low-fat diet. Also, my children and husband are practically addicted to these things! However, there are a couple things I usually change in the recipe like: -Low fat margarine -Low-fat\fat free cheese -And also watching these very carefully as they bake. The time really varries depending on the batch, or at least that's what I've discovered after making this recipe many times! The time on the recipe is about accurate, but just in case, you need to check on the crisps a few times before they're done to ensure you won't have burnt cookies. (Been there, done that!) These are also great with a little cheese sprinkled on top for the young ones, which will make the crisps more fun to eat! Just be prepared to alter the recipe slightly to your personal tastes, and this won't be something that will dissapoint you! Thank you, that you!
