I thought this recipe was very good. A great Sunday morning type dish to go along with your eggs. It was very easy to put together. I did add alittle garlic & herb seasoning to the potatoes after they were in the baking pan, just to add a little taste. My family loved them. Thanks so much for the recipe!

we liked this dish, but it did lack something for me. The potatotes seemed too bland so the 2nd time I made it, I cut the potatoes into cubes and cooked them in butter with salt, pepper and garlic powder (all to taste). I used Jimmy Dean hot sausage. My kids added sour cream when they ate it. It was delicious!

i really liked this dish but it was a little on the dry side so i added some sour cream...or you could add salsa! pretty good overall!

my husband and I loved this dish on a Sunday morning. I use Jimmy Dean's maple flavored sausage (which I also use when making potato soup). The maple flavor in the sausage really lends itself to a root vegetable like potatoes.

The concept is good but defiantly needed something more as far as flavor goes. It was nice and quick, but I added garlic salt to it when eating and it helped.

I used bratwurst in this recipe and it was fabulous!! I loved it. I would have submitted a photo, but it was all gone before I could get a picture!! My DH and I gobbled this right up!
