This is good. I made my own hot roll mix from a recipe on another website. The recipe didn't come with instructions on the amount of yeast, and it's not in this recipe. So I took a wild guess that 1 packet means the same as a regular yeast packet, which equals 2 1/4 tspns. Worked just fine. I would have loved to have used olives as directed, but bf hates them so I too, subbed sundried tomatoes. I also tossed in some walnuts bc I felt like it. Used my breadmaker to make the dough and added the cheese, tomatoes, and walnuts at the fruit and nut beep. I baked it in a pie pan, which worked well. Thanks.

I was thrilled when I came across this recipe. I have fond memories of my mom making this... but she called it Cheesy Moon bread. It is fragrant and delicous. I did replace the olives with sun-dried tomatoes and it was even better.
