My husband and I love it and it is hard to find something we both like.

We love this dish and I make it just as listed. I can make one 9x13 pan for today and lunch tomorrow, then two 8x8 pans to put in the freezer for my daughter to put in a 350 oven on a busy night and dinner is ready in 1 hr with no work!

My family enjoyed this dish. I liked that I could sneak in some vegetables. Next time I will pulse the carrot in my food processor to further disguise it. I halved the recipe and I made this meal even more budget friendly by only using a 1/2 pound of sausage (my kids get enough "encased meat" in their diet). I also replaced the jar of store-bought sauce with a can of tomato sauce simmered with the veggies, some italian seasonings and a tsp. of sugar. I'm not sure I care for the texture of the sausage when it's reheated. It gets a little weird. If I make this in the future I'll probably freeze it in smaller meal-sized portions so that there is less leftover.

I loved this one initially, and so did my boyfriend... it was very filling. I would not make the full serving as I was not able not stomach eating it reheated. Maybe I'll use a thicker tomato sauce next time? I had to water mine down a little cause there wasn't enough...

Great recipe! Very kid friendly. Definitely in my "make it again" repertoire. Did need some extra spices to liven it up a bit, but otherwise, followed recipe.

Pretty wierd... I was looking for a creative way to use my Kielbasa, and it was very creative, but not something I would make again.

Served this to my extended family. Everyone from 2yrs old up to 60yrs loved it. This recipie makes 2 full pans of food. You could make 1/2 as much or freeze some for later.

This was good... not great. Four stars only because it's hearty and can last for days. I did half the recipe to make one 9x13 dish... But used a whole 12 oz box of pasta, which ended up being a good amount.

EXCELLENT! My picky husband even liked it! I will make this again for sure! This recipe makes plenty and the leftovers are just as good or better.

This was very tasty. I made a few changes because of what I had available to use. I used spiral noodles, cottage cheese instead of ricotta, turkety kielbasa and omitted the green onion. I also cut the recipe in half to make only one 9 x 13 dish. I wasn't really able to accomplish the layering affect, so I just mixed 1/2 of the meat/sauce mixture with 1/2 of the noodles and 1/2 of the cottage cheese/egg, put all that in the dish, layered with 1/2 of the cheeses, then repeated the same thing, ending with the cheese on top. I thought it was great. Husband enjoyed it, kids weren't too sure.

This is good....I love that it makes two big pans. It is kind of like a lasagna casserole, with macaroni and sausage instead of lasagna noodles and ground beef/pork. My kids loved it, and because the carrot is grated, they didn't even know it was in there! Next time I will grate the zucchini, too...and maybe they won't pick it out. :)

Both my husband and I really enjoy this recipe! It is definitely a good recipe to try when you are tired of the "same old, same old" casserole. Very Tasty! Since it makes two 9x13 pans, it is a good recipe for the freezer...or make one for you and give the other to a friend.
