These were great!!! I made them for Christmas breakfast and they were wonderful. I added some broccoli to one of the pans that I made, and it was wonderful! These would make for a great side dish with anything!

I made this for Christmas morning. It was a huge hit. The only modification I made was using cream of mushroom soup instead of potato. I may try the potato next time, but we all thought it was great the way it was.

This was just o.k. to me i think the recipe "as is" needed a little more flavor. I will make this again but make a few alterations to the original.

I am not a cook at all, but it turned out well. This was a really easy recipe to follow and my super picky family loved it Christmas morning. :)

Great recipe! We used this for Christmas morning breakfast for three adults. We made some minor changes... -cut the recipe down to three servings -used mozzarella instead of sharp cheddar cheese -baked in individual baking dishes (still for one hour) -added one egg to each baking dish and mixed well

This was so good! Can be used for a side dish or a main dish. I used western style cubed hashbrowns with green and red peppers. I also would recommend a topping I use on another simular recipie. Crushed butter crackers and melted margarine to moisten. Sprinkle ontop and allow to brown. Yummy.

I made this for a work event and it was devoured. I enjoyed it but felt it needed some additional spice. I'll make some slight modifications next time. All in all it was good though.

I had some problems with this recipe, I will try it again but make some changes. My hash browns were not cooked through by the time the top was brown and the sides were bubbling. It was very hard to mix up frozen hash browns and shredded cheese in a bowl, (was I doing something wrong?) once the cheese became cold it just formed a big ball, that I had to break apart with my fingers and try to spread out. Also, the Parmesan cheese gave it a "funkie" taste, per my roommate. (too much?). I gave it a 3 stars instead of a 2 stars because despite the parmesan cheese taste I did like the flavor and would try it again but I might thaw my hash browns for a bit before mixing, add more cheddar and leave off the Parmesan. I also think it would be improved with pepper and onions.

This was good. I really enjoyed it, but my husband kept telling me ways to improve it, so for that reason I am only giving it a 4 instead of a 5. I was "advised" to add some seasoned bread crumbs to the top for more crusty/crunchiness to the top.

These were soooo good! I did not change anything in the recipe and I would keep it exactly the same way again. I will definately be making this again in the future. I made this for a holiday brunch and there were no leftovers.

This was tasty. My husband said it really stuck to his ribs.I think next time I'll use less sour cream, as I found the called for amount a bit much for my taste. I used diced ham plus a little crumbled bacon (4 slices) - but I think next time I'll use browned crumbled sausage for a better taste (again, just personal taste). I'll also add some sauteed peppers and onions. I'm also trying to think about how to make this a less costly recipe: it's not very budget friendly right now. The soups are expensive (there wasn't a store brand available), and the other ingredients are also all pretty costly. In all, yummy and I'm glad to have the recipe!

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I put it together and put it in the refrigerator overnight. I baked it the next morning, and it was all eaten. My family even asked that I double the recipe next time. Thanks so much!

Everyone loved this - I made it exactly as stated. You could eat this anytime of the day: as a hearty breakfast - or as the main course at a casual dinner. Don't sub the potato soup for another kind of soup - I think that is what makes it!

Tasty! I didn't end up having cream of potato soup, so I made due with 1 can cream of celery and 1 can cheddar soup. I will certainly be making this again and will try it as written. I did also double the ham since it was being served as supper.
