I didn't have any time, and just did 3 cups of frozen corn with a couple of table spoons (approx) of cream cheese with a couple of chunks of the cheese, and popped it in the microwave on the "automatic cook frozen vegetables" option. It was incredible. My son and husband both loved it. I have been making it a couple of times a week.

My kids loved it- and so did we! have to say i was nervous when I got home from work to see lumps of cream cheese still sitting on top of the corn. But after a few good stirs it was melted and everything was great! The only thing I might do different next time is add a pinch of salt.

I was concerned at having that much cheese in a crock pot, but it didn't burn or curdle at all. I brought it as a side dish to a potluck wedding and it was a huge hit! I had several people compliment it and ask for the recipe. I will definitely make again.

We used velveeta for our slices of cheese and my 7 year old son thought this was WONDERFUL. He wanted this as a main course and not a side. ha ha I will make this again

This was awesome. I halved the recipe and just mixed it all together in a pot on the stove and cooked over medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Perfect!

Truly disliked this recipe, except for doubling it. Followed it to a tee, but it was heavy and sticky. Served it at a large family gathering and there were actually leftovers, so I know it wasn't popular with the crowd.

Only reason I am giving this four stars is because I tried to make it for one person...so I just guessed on the ingredients mainly. It was pretty good and I ate it up. Thanks!

I heated this in the microwave (By the time I noticed that we blew a circuit and the pot and not heated I only had 20 minutes till serving time). Every last bit was gone quickly. Looking for something cheap (I spent $5 to make this) easy, and that everyone loves this is the best potluck recipe.

This recipe is awesome! Sometimes I use 1 (2 C.) pkg. of shredded cheese for a different flavor but it is great no matter what!!

Made this for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. Even our youngest family members raved about it. I used some sliced deli cheddar and it worked great. I think any cheese would work well depending on your tastes. I will definitely make it again.

Great way to use up creamed cheese when it's almost expired! I used canned corn, drained and a mixed vegetables, drained to give it some more color.

I made a smaller version of this using only one bag of frozen corn because I didn't exactly want that much corn left over.
