I made a smaller version of this using only one bag of frozen corn because I didn't exactly want that much corn left over.

I like recipes that are so easy and the result is so good. This was one those.

I thought this was very good. It so different then just having regular corn. I scaled down the recipe to using 2 cans of corn and put it in a dish and baked it for 45 minutes...i did not have time for the slow cooker. I would have never thought of putting these ingredients together. thanks for the recipe!

I really enjoyed this for a change of pace from other side dishes. I didn't add the American cheese, I think I'd like it better without. I also omitted the sugar and added garlic salt.

It tasted all like cream cheese. I would rather have creamed corn from a can.

This recipe is excellent. This is coming from someone who isn't a big fan of corn in the first place. A resturaunt near here has great cheesy corn that tastes similar to this. The only difference is that they add ham. I try to make a recipe the same as the instructions the first time, so I did not add any ham. I think we will try it with some diced ham next time though. My hard to please husband really enjoyed this. Thanks! I will be making this again. Also...I cut this recipe down and it still made a ton (it is almost gone though!).

This was good. I halved the recipe. Did have to add a pinch of cayenne and onion powder, salt and pepper for more flavor.

I made this twice, once for a pot luck and another for my family. Both times I ended up with an empty crock pot! And it was so easy to make, an added plus!

I made this dish as a side item this past Thanksgiving. Because I love corn and cheese, so I enjoyed it. I added about a tablespoon of yellow mustard to give it some more taste, and it was really good. However, my husband and in-laws were not as crazy about it. To them it seemed a bit too rich.

Very good! I was in a hurry so I did this on high for 2 hours instead of low for 4. It came out perfect except it wasn't piping hot. I do not like American cheese so I exchanged it for shredded chedder ~ DELICIOUS!

I tasted this at a potluck and had to look up the recipe right away! It is a refreshing twist to the normal corn casseroles or creamed corn that is often served. It is a real crowd pleaser and everyone was commenting about it. The only ingredient that was ommited was the American cheese, but it still tasted amazing!
