This recipe was tasty! But I changed a few things.
1. Instead of combining the rice and broccoli, I pressed the rice into the bottom of the pan and combined the: broccoli, cream of chicken soup, eggs and milk in the blender.
2. I spread the chicken and onions over the rice and poured the blender contents over that.
3. Next, I topped with 8oz. of shredded cheese, followed by panko bread crumbs.
4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, add more cheese on top if desired and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
5. Broil for 3-4 minutes to get a brown crispy top and you're set!
* The only thing I would do differently next time would be to add some cheese IN the mixture since the bottom half of the casserole IS a bit bland without it.
