frozen cooked chicken breast strips, thawed
1 (4.5 ounce) can
sliced mushrooms, drained
dry white wine, dry sherry, chicken broth, or milk
Grated Parmesan cheese
This was a wonderful quick and easy recipe. I had rotisserie chicken leftover, so I used that, great weeknight meal!
I made my own Alfredo sauce and used CA veggies. Very yummy and filling.
