EXCELLENT! My kids LOVED IT! I was a little worried at first that with even doubling the ingredients, that there wasn't a lot of soup. But once I added the broccoli, there was plenty to go around and have leftovers!!!

I followed the recipe to a T. I was looking for more of a soup than cheese covered broccoli. I would make again but only as a side just to get my kids to eat the broccoli.

This soup is very good. Next time I added 2/3 cup extra milk, but that's just my personal preference. Thanks for the recipe.

this recipe was perfection as is! we will definitely be making this again. it was so easy and delicious and filling. we served with fresh french bread and some great wine. what a fabulous meal!

This was really good! Very cheesy. Next time I may grate the onions so they won't be so chunky and switch to light Velveeta and maybe leave out or reduce the butter to save on fat and calories. This was a hit with my family!
