Good! I used vegetable cream cheese rather than the pepper and increased the cayenne. Next time I'm going to fold in some fresh dill and some garlic powder.

First time around I forgot to add the artichokes so I just chopped them up and pushed them in. I found the filling is not nearly enough to make as much as stated, you'll want to double it. The second time I made it, my artichokes from the first time already expired so I just made it without and it got RAVE reviews AGAIN! Thanks so much for a fantastic recipe... I'm getting requests for it already!

I have made this recipe several times now and it ALWAYS gets great compliments! They are great hot, and just as good at room temp as well! Which makes them a great appetizer to take to work for pot-luck days! I have played a little with the recipe, and have used hot mustards, and different cheeses. The original recipe works great though!! BTW.. I make sure to get the artichokes in water, not the marinated artichokes.

GREAT EASY Tasty appetizers. These were easy to make and were a hit at the party. I use the low fat cheese but could imagine it tasting even better with the 'real stuff' I did use tastefully simple mustard sauce instead of the djon it is all I had on hand also I used the red peppers once and not the second time rave reviews both times but I liked it without I skiped the tarragon. you can play around with the indredients to suit your taste but overall a great combo

Too tangy. Next time I will rinse the artichokes. Would like more balance between tangy and creamy.
