Wonderful, easy, and delicious! I added l tsp of lemon zest (lime would be nice too)for additional flavor. The addition or substitution of Chocolate chips in the cheesecake batter (would be a nice compliment to the brown sugar and pecan crust and topping. Yummy!! I can't wait to serve them to my sisters tomorrow!

Thanks so much for this recipe.....my mother used to make these EVERY Christmas while we were growing up and I hadn't been able to find the recipe until now....(don't know if it is the same one, but it tastes the same)! AND....this is so quick and easy to make.....this will be in my permanent holiday recipe box! By the way, I omitted the nuts since the hubby doesn't like them and used reduced fat cream cheese. Delicious! Thanks for sharing!

This recipe was great! I left out the pecans and forgot to put some of the flour/sugar/butter mixture on top but they were still great. Not too sweet, not too cheesy but just right. Creamy, crunchy and delicious.

I tried this and the taste is increadably delish. I love the fact it is very simple to make and the ingredients I pretty much always have on hand. However I don't know if I did something wrong because I found this very hard to cut. Everytime I tried to cut it, the cheesecake part separated from the crust. I will try this again and may let it cook a bit more and make a bit of a thinner crust. That is the only reason whey I didn't rate it 5 stars.
