The cheesecake fell apart from the cookie very easily, I would recommend baking the cookies for only 5 minutes before topping them with the cream cheese filling. The cherry pie filling on top worked very well, however.

These are excellent!! I started making these in 2003 when my boys were 5 and 7 and to this day they still always ask me to make them. Whenever I'm invited somewhere it's always a request that I bring these. I will be making these again for this thanksgiving. Also I do half and half I use sugar cookie dough AND chocolate chip dough. My husband also loves these. Great recipe!!!

These are great!!! I undercooked the cookie bottom on the first batch but the second batch came out perfect and people really liked them.

Just lovely! Follow the recipe to the letter. Fail-safe! If you want a thicker cream cheese layer, then I would suggest perhaps 1 1/2 TBSP of cheese filling.

Do the full time when baking the cookie. I listened to someone's advice to shorten the time and my cookies came out a little soggy. :(

These tasted and looked fantastic. I flipped them upside down (cookie side up) on a plate with caramel drizzles.

Very easy. I made this for a picnic desert and everyone loved it. The cookie crust was a pleasant surprise for everyone. This one will be going in my recipe box. Thanks!

Very easy to make! As suggested I only initially cooked the cookies for 8 minutes, but they could have gone for around 10 to firm up a little more. Very good and are a hit with large groups!

This is a very easy recipe to bake, transport and serve. Since the chocolate chip cookie bar comes in packages of 24, I doubled the recipe and took them to work. The flavor isn't bad, but I left off the fruit topping because I found the flavor over powered the cheese filling. Even with the topping left off, I still found the cheesecake flavor was over powered by the cookie. However I will say that they were a hit at work and disappeared quickly.

I was skeptical when I took the cheesecake cups out of the oven, as it was my first time making these. However, after I completed the last step .. chill in fridge for 1 hour, I wasn't anymore! The cheesecakes were so delicious! the recipe is so simple to follow!

I have brought a lot of different goodies to the weekly staff meetings at work but i think i got the most praise from these! I wanted to make mini cheesecakes so i doubled the cheesecake part to make 48 minis. I bought the tollhouse cookie roll which makes 17 cookies and just pressed a small amount of the dough into each mini muffin liner. It was the perfect amount of cookie. Baked the cookie dough for 7 min. then added the cheesecake topping and baked for 15 more min. I wasn't sure if i would like the cherry topping with the cookie but it was fantastic and enjoyed by all.
