I loved this. It was quick and easy and delicious, exactly what I wanted. The only change I made was, instead of the flour mixture, I added a can of cream of celery soup.

I thought this was pretty good, though I did tweak a bit. I used more beef than the recipe called for, did not use celery, and did not use the milk (I didn't think it needed it). I don't really think it needed the potato either. Also, I used half cheddar and half velveeta. With this changes I thought it was pretty good for a cold-night dish :)

Very hearty soup!! First time I made it was a hit with the whole family. Even the one whom likes nothing, enjoyed this soup. I added some fried bacon to the soup at the end and we call it "Bacon Burger Soup"

I make it as is but add in a can of cambells cheddar soup and a half of package of cooked bacon crumbled. We also substitute the beef for ground turkey. My kids love this!

Great! My family liked it- 2 thumbs up! I did use one pound of meat instead of 1/2 pound....we like meat.

I've made this twice now, the first time I had no potatoes and used noodles instead. This time I made it as recipe calls except I left out the sour cream...and added some processed cheese instead...that was very good and gave it that extra creaminess it needed. This soup is so good on a very cold night...perfect comfort food and the whole family loves it. I like both noodles and potato...either one...it is great.

It was OK. Needed so many extra seasonings in it...worchestershire sauce, season salt, garlic, salt and pepper, hot pepper flakes...

I used only two cups of the potatoes and used 2% milk and it turned out great.
