I would sprinkle cheese on top and add tater tots to the mix!! Delish!

Good recipe but it did need a little more flavor. My husband said he wanted more tomatoes next time (I put a few on top), and he usually only cares about enough meat, which there was. Next time I'll add sliced tomatoes throughout. Definitely try this recipe and add things that you like. Try some of the other reviewers recipes that sound good to you. Either way, I'll be making this recipe again! Thanks!

This went over really well at a party I went too. It was potluck and many people brought quiches (it was in France the country of quiche) and this is the only one that was completly eaten. Rave reviews!

Loved this..only changes I made..we dont like green peppers so I lef them out..and I added a cup of ketchup to the ground beef while in the skillet...gave it a touch of sweetness..and I put the beef in the shell then poured egg & milk mix over..then topped with the shredded cheese..really big hit...

Great recipe! My whole family loved this meal. We made two of them and on one of them we used pepper jack cheese and the other we used cheddar as it called for. Both were great but the one with pepper jack had to cool a few extra minutes because it is a softer cheese.

My 10 yr. old has known the joys of quiche for some time but he has introduced it to his buds in the neighborhood. This version was a homerun for the boys as well as easy & inexpensive to make. It's been requested again! I give it a five because it was a hit but I found it too heavy for me.

Great! I am NOT a quiche fan, but was desperate to do something different with left-over ground chuck. I served this for dinner, it was a hit. Not at all eggy.

I made this for a pot luck (I used mini pastry cups). They were a hit! Very simple yet full of flavor. I will be making this recipe again in the near future.
