This is a great recipe. The work that goes into it is given back in the taste. The only thing I would change is the cooking time. Had it in for the required time but the center was still not cooked. Had to cook for an additional 35 minutes at 350. Will be making this years to come.

I liked this alot. I put onion soup mix in for flavor, and plain oatmeal instead of bread crumbs,I added bacon in half.. Kids did not like it, but will give it 4 stars anyway

Pretty good. Better than your standard meatloaf. TFS.

This was a great recipe. My whole family loved it and we love cheese, so I added a lot more! I used 1/4 cup italian breadcrumbs instead, and it turned out perfect! I Have already made it twice! Will be a recipe I make for years to come. Thanks for sharing it!

I've made this meatloaf twice. The first time I baked it in a baking dish as per the recipe, however when the it was done, the cheese had oozed out of both ends. This time I put it in a meatloaf (bread) pan and it all stayed intact! Very good recipe. Mahalo!

This recipe is excellent and easy. It is the only type of meatloaf I make anymore. The oils from the cheese soak into the meat while it is baking and keeps the meat very moist.

This was my first meatloaf, and it turned out great! My husband loved it! I did one thing different, instead of doing a jelly roll style, I put one layer of meat down, then cheese, and then a top layer of meat. This was so easy with great results!

I make this meatloaf five at a time. I cook one and freeze the other four. My family will insist this AT LEAST once a week if they know I have some in the freezer. This meatloaf is also great for my low carb diet.

This was okay - my husband liked it but I have had better meatloaf recipes. The cheese oozed out when sliced and the meat was a little dry.

This is the first meatloaf I have ever made and it was really good. The only I would do different next time would be to add tomatoes and bell pepper. The cheese inside was great. I will definitely make this again!

A very good recipe although I made a couple of changes. I added onion soup mix instead of the salt and pepper. Also, I stirred in cubed fontina cheese instead of cheddar, which I find rather greasy. This meatloaf is great the next day in sandwiches.

This was pretty good. I wanted to make it easier so instead of rolling, I stuffed the loaf the cheese. There was not much cheese left intact after the baking process. Next time I will probably just add the cheese in and change the recipe a bit to add even more flavor. It was moist though, and not too greasy.
