This was my first meatloaf ever - and boy did sure end up looking like my first meatloaf too. Despite the terrible look of it (my fault), the taste was an absolute 10.

Great comfort food! The whole family loved it, including my increasingly picky 2-yr-old. Easy to roll with waxed paper. Delicious with some chopped mushroom and Italian seasoning added to the meat, and a mix of american, mozz and grated romano cheeses. I used turkey instead of beef and it was still moist and tender. Also looks impressive when you slice it!

I'm giving this 5 stars because I absolutely HATE meatloaf, but this one is so good! I made this about a week ago, and am making it again tonight! I didn't have wax paper, so I used parchment and it worked perfectly!! Our 14 month old loved it too!

I added bacon by wrapping the entire meatloaf with 7 slices. It was fab and sliced perfectly the next day for sandwiches.

I'm giving this recipe 4 1/2 stars because of how easy and delicious it was. It was a very good meatloaf and I just threw it together, following all the ingredients including fresh breadcrumbs and didn't roll the meat, but just put in a layer of meat, then cheese, repeat until a meat layer is on top. I spread some tomato and worcestershire mixed over the top and it was incredibly yummy. Reminds me of a veal and cheese I used to eat as a kid. Well worth keeping, thankyou.

This was pretty good but the only thing i couldn't get over was all the grease. Plus, when I cut it the cheese would go everywhere before I could get it to the plate. I suggest waiting for it to cool a bit before cutting. Good though. Might make again to see if I can improve.

Fan-fugu-tastic! This tastes EXACTLY like a cheeseburger - without all the hassle of the grill. I even added a dash of Liquid Smoke to make it even MORE "authentic"! This one will DEFINITELY go into the regular rotation ;);)

Making it for the second time in six days... 'nuf said! My only changes were a little garlic powder and some dried herbs to my taste I and flattened and rolled it on foil and then put loaf and the foil on my pan. Easier cleanup... If you're a meatloaf fan, you'll enjoy this one!

I use velveta instead of cheddar. I love this recipe topped with bbq sauce. As for rolling it, I just take half of the meat and form it and then add the ChEEsE and the the top half...no problem still just as yummy!!

AWESOME meatloaf. This is great as is, but what makes it even better is that you can customize it with any fillings you like. Just make sure it's rolled very tight, or your cheese will seep out.

Since it's usually only my boyfriend and I eating, I make 2 small loaves - cook one and freeze the other. Bake frozen loaf for an hour and a half at 350. Yum!!!

This was really good, my hubby and kids loved it. I was worried about it being dry without any sauce but it was very juicy and good. I used red onion for a little bit of a sweet flavor. The only thing I may change next time is adding a couple of cloves of chopped garlic or maybe some garlic salt. I used parchment paper for rolling and rolled it exactly like I would sushi and it was very easy. This one is definitely a keeper!
