This was very easy to make. I made individual loaves and instead of rolling, I made a "well" down the middle of a loaf, added the shredded cheese, then covered with more beef mixture. It turned out somewhat greasy with all the fat, but not too worry -- I just placed them on a wire rack over some napkins to drain off the excess grease. Overall it tasted, well...like a cheeseburger!
