Toss jumbo shells with melted butter, stuff them with a rich, spicy blend of cooked ground beef, cream cheese and chili powder, and bake with taco sauce. Bake again with Cheddar, Monterey Jack and tortilla chips, and serve with sour cream and onions.

One pot does it all in this quick and easy dish. A simple saute of onions and mushrooms is simmered with tomatoes, tomato sauce, sugar, basil, oregano and garlic powder. Add raw macaroni to cook right in the sauce!

This is similar to lasagna. It's fairly easy to prepare, and my picky eaters love it! The cheeses are cream cheese and cottage cheese, which enables you to control the fat content without cutting on flavor. Garnish with some grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
