These potato bites are excellent! I serve with a dollup of sour cream or ranch dressing! I usually bake them closer to 50 minutes to get them extra crispy.

Oh my goodness- these were so yummy! My meat and potato loving family devoured these! I used mixture of cooked bacon and bacon bits. Seasoned potatoes with a little seasoned salt, and used olive oil instead of butter. The only thing I recommend is that you spray your pan with a little Pam to avoid sticking and for an easier clean up.

These taste exactly like you'd expect them too :) I really liked the taste of these (and my boyfriend did too!) It's definitely not something that you can make every week, but would be super delicious for the big game. Modifications: 1) I cut the portions in half because there were only two of us eating and it worked out nicely to fill one cookie sheet. 2) I actually dipped my potato slices in butter instead of brushing them . It made them easy to take of the pan! Go ahead and give it a try!! Recommended! Plus who doesn't want there home smelling like bacon??

These were very tasty and a good change from just "bakers". I did make some changes though. I brushed with olive oil instead of butter, used bacon bits instead of bacon and then I mixed it all up together with some sour cream and put a dollop on each potato. Yummy!
