I make these for my family and we love to sprinkle garlic seasoning on them after I dip the slices in melted butter. We also like a small dallop of sour cream with them which adds more great flavor.

So easy and so good! I didn't have onions so I used Jalapenos (added after finished) and topped them with sour cream... mmmm

These were pretty darn good (with some added spices). I knew the potatoes would be bland with no salt, so I dipped in melted butter then salt & peppered both sides. Also added a little onion powder. Followed directions for baking and they stuck to the cookie sheet pretty bad. Next time I'll use non-stick aluminum foil. Topped with cheddar, bacon and chives (didn't have green onion). I will be making these again.

These were very well received, but how can you go wrong with bacon and cheese?! I didn't use the butter, just nonstick spray on each side of the potatoes to cut back on the calories. They crisped up nicely, but were tender on the inside! These were great for our appetizer night!

These potato bites are excellent! I serve with a dollup of sour cream or ranch dressing! I usually bake them closer to 50 minutes to get them extra crispy.

Oh my goodness- these were so yummy! My meat and potato loving family devoured these! I used mixture of cooked bacon and bacon bits. Seasoned potatoes with a little seasoned salt, and used olive oil instead of butter. The only thing I recommend is that you spray your pan with a little Pam to avoid sticking and for an easier clean up.

These taste exactly like you'd expect them too :) I really liked the taste of these (and my boyfriend did too!) It's definitely not something that you can make every week, but would be super delicious for the big game. Modifications: 1) I cut the portions in half because there were only two of us eating and it worked out nicely to fill one cookie sheet. 2) I actually dipped my potato slices in butter instead of brushing them . It made them easy to take of the pan! Go ahead and give it a try!! Recommended! Plus who doesn't want there home smelling like bacon??
