Cheese Toast
SUBMITTED BY:
Eve Gauger Vargas
"Better yet, you'll need just need four ingredients for crisp Cheese Toast. 'My mom came up with this recipe when I was growing up,' Eve shares. 'The tangy triangles broil to a pretty golden color in just minutes. Or you can pop them in the toaster oven.'"

This was just ok. You definetly have to remove the crusts before putting in the oven or they will burn.

Super easy and very tasty! I used small slices of french bread and left the crusts on. I mixed the cheese right into the mayo/mustard and then spread it onto the bread slices.

Very tasty. I lightly brushed a oven tray with extra virgin olive oil, then laid the pieces of bread down. The only downfall is that it is actually better with the crust on and uncut.I used wholegrain mustard. Very good and so quick!
