These turned out great, I cut them into two batches, for the weak of heart and the strong of heart where I boiled them for less time. They were loved both ways. Thank you.

This was very tasty for a work potluck. Your directions were perfect and boiling the peppers to cut down on the heat helped tremendously when you are feeding a group with different spice tolerances. Thanks!
