Very good. I didn't use red pepper, but added mushroom. Quick & easy. Also used provolone instead.

Soo delicious! I added a pinch of sugar to the onions and peppers as I was sauteeing them, and I also used provolone instead of mozarella. It might not be exactly philly cheese steaks, but it's super easy and delicious.

I wasn't going for a cheesesteak. I did the pepper, onion, and a couple of sliced mushrooms and jalapenoes, all sauteed in 2 tbsp of bacon grease. I also used provolone. It was really simple. The family thought it was great.

One of my favorite sandwiches. I use pepperjack for the cheese.

This is a really good recipe, it makes me crave fajitas! I omitted cooking my veggies in oil, I think it covers up the taste and it's really unnecessary. I also "marinated" my roast beef in canned beef broth and then used it as an au jus. A great classic recipe. Also, I have had this served to me with cream cheese added and it adds an entirely new dimension of flavor! You can do a lot with this.

Not exactly a cheesesteak flavor, but as close as you can get with deli meat. A great toasted roast beef sandwich though, will make again!
