I make this whenever I have overnight guests and always get rave reviews. My husband wishes I made it more often because he loves it. Make sure to really drain the grease from the bacon and sausage. I also start to watch it after 45 min to make sure it doesn't overcook. If it is runny then keep it in the oven for an extra 5 minutes or so until a fork comes out clean. Thanks for the recipe!

This was a great dish! We had a New Year's brunch at a friend's house and this went over very well. CAVEAT: If I hadn't used the convection setting on my oven, this would've been soupy as the last reviewer mentioned. The cook time should probably be revised to account for this.
