Cheese Sausage Strata

SUBMITTED BY: Teresa Marchese

"Sausage provides plenty of flavor in this hearty morning casserole shared by Teresa Marchese from New Berlin, Wisconsin. It's a great addition to a brunch buffet, because it's assembled the night before to cut down on last-minute fuss."

A little runny ... and that was after reheating in the microwave. Am I doing something wrong?

This was a great dish! We had a New Year's brunch at a friend's house and this went over very well. CAVEAT: If I hadn't used the convection setting on my oven, this would've been soupy as the last reviewer mentioned. The cook time should probably be revised to account for this.
