Yummy and easy...I used V8 juice and substituted milk for the water. We put Asiago croutons and grated cheese on top.

Made this for my daughters so I didn't add the salsa to them. I only had whole wheat flour tortillas, but they couldn't tell the difference they ate these up!

I made these last year for my son for a Spanish class party. He requested them again for this year's fiesta. He enjoys helping me with them and says they go FAST.He also enjoys them for a quick snack for himself after school.

This is a quick recipe that is really easy to add your own twist to. I liked that it is broiled rather than fried. I've used it as a appetizer and even a side dish in a pinch. I cut the salsa amount down a lot because 1/2 cup makes it a bit too 'mushy' for us.

Very simple. And not fried, which I liked. You can do so many things with it.

Such a quick, easy snack or lunch (so easy I eat more than I should!) and very versatile. You can stick with the basics, or add olives, leftover meats, or top with sour cream. I usually cook them in a non-stick skillet instead of the broiler.

These quesadillas were good, not great. I used whole wheat tortillas and added some butter on the outside parts of the tortillas just as suggested. I would try this recipe again adding some chicken.

Pretty Good! Added some green onions and Ground beef from the tacos I had the other day to make it more of a lunch than a snack:)

Broiler was a great idea! I usually pan fry, but this cuts out alot of fat. I didn't have salsa on hand so I sprinkled with hot sauce. Yum! Wish i had sour cream to sop it with.... i need to run to the store!

Easy and quick hot meal. The salsa inside made them a little soggy though. I used mexican blend shredded cheese. Thanks.

So, I didnt use salsa. I put hot sauce on the CORN tortilla (before and after melting the cheese) as well as topping them with fresh avocado.

Very easy to make in 2 min. I tweeked just a bit by omitting the salsa and adding onions, shredded ham and pepper jack cheese for a little bite. Thanks for the recipe!

I made mine with handmade torillas, mild salsa and mexican blend shredded cheese. Next time I was to try brushing the outside of the tortilla with butter, otherwise I normally use a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.
