This bread was absolutely delicious! I didn't have any thyme in the house, so I skipped it and the bread still tasted wonderful. This recipe is a definitely keeper!

To make it healthier, I substituted one cup of flour with whole wheat flour, and oil instead of the margarine. It worked!

This bread makes a MEAN ham sandwich! It is super crispy when toasted. My family loves it! Great with Roma Tomatoes, Feta Cheese and fresh basil on top. Best recipe I've found so far! I Use a little less yeast, don't double the fresh herbs, and use more cheese.

This is excellent toasted and smothered with butter alongside a pasta dinner! My husband could eat the whole loaf himself if I'd let him!!!
