Wow! This one is so quick and super easy to make! I used ginger snaps in place of the vanilla wafers. They were great. I also had a problem with the center falling (not uncommon with many cheese cake recipes however)- So to make them look great I topped them with assorted fruit pie fillings.

The BEST cheesecake recipe I've ever found!! I've always wanted to make cupcake sizes, but the making the graham crust is always a pain! Substituting it for vanilla wafer cookies is a wonderful idea. I've added a piece of beligum wafer cookie on top of fruit toppings and cool-whip, to cover up the cracks, and everyone loves them!

love the recipe, easy easy easy to make. My husband loved the cheese cake cups. I made these cheese cakes for a valentine party for 3rd graders and they went over very well. I'll make these again.

This was great! I used crumbled grahm crackers, sugar, and butter in place for the wafers, I suggest you do so. Yummy!

So good and so easy. It was my son's birthday and he 'loves' cheese cake. So I searched allrecipes and decided on this one. Pressed for time, I let my 9 year old and a very new at cooking 18 year old make this. No problems and it is so very good. Everyone loved it and we will have it again. Thanks.

This recipe is soo perfect. I was looking for something to offset my chocolate brownies, but I didn't want a frosting, more like a cream brownie texture. Well, I came across this and It looked so easy so I tried it. I simply pouered it over the brownies when they were fifteen minutes to being done and stuck them back into the oven for 15 more minutes. What a delight, just what I was looking for. It made a sort of caky deliscious layer on top of the chocolate brownies. I lvoed it. Going to be keeping this recipe, Thanks!
