Cheese Ball III

"This tasty cheese ball is ideal as either an appetizer or delightful afternoon snack. Serve with a variety of crackers, bread, and fruit. Optionally, you may roll the cheese ball in shredded chipped beef if you want a little variety."

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 (5 ounce) containers sharp processed cheese food
  • 5 ounces blue cheese at room temperature
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine sharp cheddar processed cheese food, blue cheese, cream cheese, red wine vinegar, and garlic salt. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
  2. Shape into one large ball or two small ones. Roll in chopped nuts.

This is very good. My husband doesn't like green olives and he liked this cheese ball. I love green olives, so I knew from the reviews that this would be great for me.
