Delicious and SO easy. BUT - I think the amt. of Cheddar cheese is a printed incorrectly. I used one cup of finely shredded cheddar and it was perfect - 16 oz. would be too much.

Easy recipe, but I was surprised at how much shredded cheese required - I added approximately 4 ounces and it turned out great - 16 ounces was WAY too much! Got rave reviews at our work potluck.

It was okay. I don't know if I did anything wrong, but the texture of the cheese was too tough...it wasn't very spreadble and the crackers tended to break as I tried to spread the mixture on them. I made half the recipe for a bridal shower and it made a good sized gheese log. I rolled it in ranch flavored sliced almonds and that was a great touch.

Very easy recipe. It was a hit at our Christmas Eve party. The only thing that was kind of confusing was that the shopping list called for shredded cheese but the recipe called for grated. In case anyone else is confused, the shredded worked fine.
