Ingredients

  • 20 slices French bread, toasted
  • 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
  • 1 (10 ounce) package CRACKER BARREL Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Top toast slices with artichokes, peppers, onion and cheese. Place on cookie sheet.
  2. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Garnish with additional red pepper and green onion.
