I used granny smith apples - very good. Will try using yogurt next time instead of the mayo and sugar

I love how easy this is to make and it stays good for a few days! I add the cheese just before eating it so it doesn't get mushy!

This salad gave me some good ideas. I added craisins and my tastebuds said "Wow!" I love the cheddar taste with apples and the craisins just add a little extra tang.
